Its too quiet..
I'm home....but it doesn't feel like home...why's it so quiet?
Well...mum's off to Russia (her yearly 'out of the country' vacation...sigh...so nice)...aunt's off to Penang to take care of my bro's daughter (since her baby-sitter went eye operation...swt) so its just my dad, the dog, and me at home. Well at least I have TV/aircon/good bed/car/(quite) good food/dog to chase around/good PC+internet access/etcetcetc...so yeah....I'm good.
Fifi's pawing me begging for apple... /feeds
So I would have thought dad and I are gonna go eat out every day rite? Turns out...dad's bleh to go eat outside ade....so he asked if I can cook. So yesterday after breakfast (very nice fish soup bihun...so long never had such nice breakfast ade), dad brought me to the local pasar and bought ingredients...so fun to buy things when you don't have to pay...lol!
I made fishball (with mix of those ...fishball-like things u eat in steamboat) cabbage soup, Japanese tofu+chicken and asparagus cooked with sambal belacan and prawn (first time cooking...haha!) Turned out quite well...at least dad din complain and said the asparagus were ok eventho its the first time cooking (had to call aunt up to ask her how to cook asparagus with sambal..since dad wanted it to be a lil spicy....swt)...Lucky my house quite well stocked...she had belacan, cili, shallots and dried shrimp....I just had to blend them...kekkeke...

Mum doesn't)...cuz she usually makes the real simple ones and doesn't bother with troublesome menu....so....I'll take that as a compliment :D ..haha.
Gonna make lemon chicken tmr...hope dad likes it. :D
Going Penang this Friday. Sis says there's Chilis there now....gonna belanja...yay!
On a totally different matter, Fifi's scent of smell (and...ermm...voice recognition?) has improved IMO. Came back yday and didn't even got near her cage...can already hear her jumping up and down and whimpering behind in the kitchen. Was so excited (but THANKFULLY didn't pee on me this time)...

Freedom...
of having no more papers! XD
I'm finally done with them. For this semester.
Right after the paper, I ran some errands with Kristine and Shindee, after which I slept and boy, did I slept all right. I think I slept straight for more than 15 hours. The moment I woke up I was so disorientated. I felt like I was in a life of another, having lived through a whole life in my dreams. Right after I woke up, I turned on my monitor and bugged as many people I see online and not idle that I was willing to bug. It's like I need some sort of a 'reality anchor' to hang on to while I let the unreal get washed away by the waves of time and I gather my bearings.
In anycase, I'm awake now, and believe or not, part of my brain is telling me to get back to bed. Sheesh. The other part of me fear that if I go back to my sweet warm blanket of mine, I'll be fast forwarding to another day. And that's what been keeping me awake tip-taping away on my keybaord.
Looking back at what I've wrote, I think this must be the first post of mine here that looks more of one of your more typical blog post. Heh. I guess sleeping through a whole day of your life messes up your brain a little.
So does sleeping too little or irregularly, as I've found out lately. I don't know whether or not it's the real reason or not but I've been feeling rather awful and uncomfortable physically ever since classes were over. It's like the irregularity of life's making my body more than a little f-cked up lately. I guess I'm getting old. I used to be able to take all this shit and more without so much of a flinch, but I'm getting headaches, dizziness, appetite problems, stomachache, hell, even muscle cramps and aches when I didn't even do no fricking exercise. Might have something to do with the amount of fat that I've 'accumulated' over the years, so I guess it's time to get serious and exercise more as well. (After I get a Wii, I promise myself I'll be doing more sports. Wii sports, that is.)
Might have to do with stress, I dunno. Like I said, it tend to happen only when I do things that's irregular to me. So far, there's only one good explanation to me that I can think of -

Kristine and I went to watch Spiderman 3 last weekend at MidValley Megamall.
The moment we got there... this scene greeted us.
This was 10am.
We went to McDonalds for breakfast and I took the picture above. As we were eating and chatting over our food, there were announcements from the management every now and then. "For those who would like to buy Spiderman 3 tickets, please head to counter 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. For all other movies, please proceed to counter 1."
Uh... /swt. =.=
Thank goodness for pre-booking.
An hour later - we got ready to leave after breakfast. I took another shot from McD.
Hoo boy.
Movie's at 12, so we took a little stroll around the area, and when we came back, and here's what we saw as we were walking towards the cinema.
Okaaaaaay.
Watched the movie, came out of the cinema, and voila, the bloody place is still packed even after the movie.
Well... At least they were decent enough to queue around the cinema roundabout thingy now instead of blocking the entrance all the other shops previously.
Oh the movie? I'm lazy to talk about it.
Um, here's a short summary of what I thought about the movie. Harry's cool, Spidey's a dork, MJ's a bitch, Gwen's kinda hot. And Harry's butler is an idiot.

Pirates of the Caribbean 2 was hilarious...it was better than what I'd expected so I hope PotC3 won't disappoint me.../looks at cast list ... o.O ...hmmm...

note: * 'aggro/agro' in WoW is when you perform certain actions and you have the creature's attention...these 'actions' including (of course) whacking/shooting/slamming your shield in their face, taunting them, healing someone so they wun die (yep..they dun like u healing the person they killin, of course), or simply running too close to them.

Very much looking forward to the 3rd part of the movie, Pirates of the Caribbean - At World's End...hope this time we won't be left clinging to our chair going "Ehhh???....next year??!!" ..haha!
