Things I can't stand in Facebook

Or rather, ways ppl use Facebook that I can't stand. It's prolly just me tho...but sometimes I think that these ppl forget that they're actually shouting out loud in public when they post anything in Facebook.

1. Posting on your wall about your being pissed at another person. You get all fumed up about the person, all pissed and everything, but still chose to be bloody vague about it. If you don't wanna tell the whole story, shut it. And plus, if you're pissed at the person, confront him/her straight in the face. Why go a whole circle and around the person to say vaguely that he/she/it is an idiot? 
2. Couples who post things like #1, in public. You're pissed at your bf/gf (usually bf, cuz I have more girls in my Facebook list...and usually its girls who would do such things anyway). So? Tell him! Not us! Telling us won't solve anything in the relationship. Talking to your partner would. I'd usually see people posting like #1 and #2 in public...fuming madly BUT vaguely...and the next comment will go "What happen?" ...its just too much of a pattern/standard already. So get it in your head: Facebook ain't a good place to be hanging your dirty laundry.
3. Couples who do 'Romeo and Juliet' in Facebook. Its fine if you FLIRT publicly once in a while. I might even say "Awwww that's cute" ....but some people will do it every (or every other post). Kinda makes me wanna puke. Get a room! We don't need to know what you're (or will be) doing with your partner. We don't need to be reminded of how much you miss him/her, every single day! And we don't need to hear your public apology to him/her when you pissed him/her off and trying profusely to apologize via Facebook wall. WTF? I thought we have email/messengers/phones for that? Plus, it's not gonna help. You'll only embarrass him/her by telling others that you guys are arguing. Now what good will that get you?
4. Avatar. How can a user avatar possibly irk me? Well...when couples share avatar. Or when people use avatar which have faces of many other people (and the owner's face is only like...1/4 of the whole pic)...its worse if the other person in the picture occupies the other 3/4 of the avatar. Why is this a problem? Well, an avatar is supposed to be a representation of yourself. So first thing when I glance thru my daily live feed, I look at the posts, and look at the avatar that's associated with the post. It's much faster than having to read the name. So its bloody confusing when one moment Ms A post something in Facebook and the next moment, Mr A post something that Ms A would most definitely never post, but with they both share the same avatar.
5. Mass spamming of video links. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy some of the videos on Facebook. Its rather, entertaining sometimes. Just sometimes, I get this massive spam of link recommendation, that I'd think no one would be interested in. Just because you like them, doesn't mean you have to shove it in other's face all the time. Moderation is key.
6. Sometimes I get friends recommendation from some guy I've never met, nor heard of, and apparently we have a bunch of friends in common. Wow really? Did all of you guys know him? Its weirder when all these common friends are my primary/secondary school friends cuz I'm from a girl's school and we don't have much guy-friends that we know back then. It's even weirder when the guy, is a 50-60 year old pakcik that does not resemble any of the teacher that I ever had. Gee, don't just simply jab the "Confirm" friend request button.
7. Quiz and all those random garbage thingy. Predictions of how your life will be today. How much of a Facebook addict you are...etc. Well, there's hide for that, and quizzes aren't as rampant as they used to be, so I'll live with it.

I'm pretty sure I've done my share of things that annoy people in Facebook...(I just hope I don't do it too often...at least I don't think I do ;P )..Aih...but despite all that, Facebook's still a good place to waste spend my time. Some links are still very interesting reads, some videos are very funny, some friend's photos are actually interesting. So until I find another much more interesting stuff to do to distract myself....I guess I'll still be checking facebook.com everyday. Heh.

p/s: I don't get why Fluffi loves to sit on my lap while I'm on the computer (like now). Doesn't matter if I'm playing some game with gunshot sounds and zerg-ish sounds blasting on the speaker, she just sleeps there. Guess that's why they call Shih Tzu a lapdog. /patpats Fluffi.
